To celebrate their second anniversary, eco-friendly lifestyle site EcoStiletto marked the occasion with a cocktail party at Rolling Greens Nursery, where price of admission was a purse donated to Dress for Success. More than 400 guests happily complied. Inside, the nursery was transformed with vendors (Tom’s of Maine, Water Pik, Gypsy Tea, and more) giving away samples of their products while Chef Makini Howell of Plum Bistro Seattle prepared a special menu served out of the WorldFare Bustaurant. It was great chatting with the vendors and getting a background on their products. I’m really curious about the Waterpik shower head, which they graciously gifted me. I have to get on it and install it already. I also liked the green tea chocolate truffles by local girl Nichole Dandrea of Nicobella. She’s also president of Spa Candy. Spa candy! It can’t possibly be bad for you with that name. And EcoStiletto founder Rachel Sarnoff was forever the host, greeting each of the readers. It was a pretty good event and the perfect excuse to fawn over Rolling Greens Nursery’s new batch of individual soaps in floral wrappings from Italy.
