Shops – Undrest By the Sea Dresses You in Liberty Print One-Pieces, Knit Bikinis and a Rainbow of Espadrilles

Based on the exquisite underpinnings and loungewear at Undrest‘s 110 South Robertson Boulevard boutique, I was anxious to get over to the label’s just-opened Venice location, Undrest By the Sea, at 1136 Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Filled with Undrest designer Maria Paz Navales‘s swim collection—striped and ruffled Brazilian cut bikinis, sweet and sexy Liberty print one- and two-pieces, zigzag knit suits with ’70s appeal—alongside a curated selection of designers she loves, the shop whisked me away to a seaside fantasy… (The shop, the beachy-chic merch after the jump!)

(I would love to call this boutique home.)

(These woven totes, right next to Undrest’s adorable Liberty print suits, take me back in time—I used to carry one if junior high.)

(Etik espadrilles! Multiple pairs, please.)

(Bracelets by Monica Rose Jewelry.)

(The well-merchandized interior)

(JADEtribe bags; lingerie, lobster prints, and loads more bikinis on next page.)

It was a pleasant surprise that Navales was at the boutique when I arrived. She gave me a tour of the boutique, her collection (heavily-inspired by her time living in Brazil), and the other designers and brands she selects to give the shop a full range of beachy offerings. One of the staffers said she feels like she’s at the beach all day in the shop, prompting her to want to move to Venice, and I can certainly see the allure.
